Philosophy

Our philosophy consists on the calculated development of environments and in contribution of growth of regions that are projected with the greatest care and good taste so that the Second Life experience becomes a more pleasurable place for us to pass our time.

To the Clients

We aim to those who are interested in quality. We believe that the place in which we live (real or virtually) should be cozy, pretty, and well frequented. That’s why we have designed islands whose land is shared in particular manors, to offer the maximum potential and qualities to each individual parcel. We are assured that there is always a little piece of land for your profile. It is all practically made especially for you!

Design of land

We base ourselves on themes. We believe land on Second Life should be as well developed as the constructions upon them. Because of that, we have modeled our regions so that each and every one of them has an unique appearance. Our regions will always be connected with each other, giving the effect of being in one big continent.

Neighborhood

A big part of the regions are reserved for residential use. Commercial zones will be located in different areas from the residential. This means that you won’t need to worry about what will be built next to you. Differently form what happens in Main-land, we don’t allow that next to a small house, a club is opened, or a casino, causing disharmony or an inconvenient lag in the environment. Some rules are necessary when we want to construct a healthy and good-looking environment. Rules are obviously necessary in real life, why not in our “second life”?

Prices

We always seek to offer the best price for our customers. Land in Second Island will cost you much cheaper than any territory sold by Linden Lab, including maintaining taxes. And it is also important to mention that the resident does not need to be premium to obtain a land on Second Island Estate.
