Second Island Sims are always separated between Commercial and Residential zones.

This way, we avoid unnecessary lag and complications.

Commercial Islands are, as the name says, Regions dedicated to the use of commercial activities. Stores, Clubs, Galleries and etc, is what you will find on these Sims. Second Island is home to many of the most frequented clubs and stores! If you are looking to start your business, this is the place for you!

Residential Islands are Sims dedicated to the sole purpose of residential living. The calm peaceful environment, make it the perfect place for you to set your home! Carefully designed, each Island is especially made by our architects, making each Sim an unique place in the Second Life grid! We have a variety of themes, made to satisfy all types of residents! They range from Tropical, Icy, Urban, Nordic, Mediterranean to Ocean… You name i!
