
General Help
If you are a Second Island Resident in need of immediate assistance, your best bet is to contact a member of the Second Island staff in world. Residents are encouraged to explain their needs in as much detail as possible either via IM or even better, notecards. If you are unable to reach a member of Second Island’s staff, please visit Second Island’s support page. You will be able to submit a ticket for your question, comment your problem using this website. The system will alert the staff and as soon as someone is available to answer your ticket, it will be responded to.
If you are having an absolute emergency such as a security problem or a griefing attack, please contact Sparkym Klees, our admin and head of Second Island’s security team.
Remember we are here for you, the resident, so please do not hesitate to contact any member of the staff if you are in need of assistance.
“Lag” Issues
There are a few different types of Lag in Second Life. SL is a very cutting edge application which will manage to push the limits on much of your computer hardware. Your video card, CPU, memory, and your network will all be far from idle while you explore and enjoy Second Life.
